Alina Kuyevda (Team Coach)
Rhythmic Academy is honored to have internationally reputed rhythmic gymnastics coach Alina Kuyevda join our coaching family, to lead our recently formed Rhythmic Academy of Pasadena/Temple City. Mrs. Kuyevda arrives to our program with world class credentials as an international level coach with over 20 years coaching and gymnastic experience. She is a Category 4 Brevet International Judge and was part of the elite Ukrainian National Team coaching staff, under direction of Mrs. Albina and Irina Derugina.
Alina is a graduate with honors of National University of Ukraine on Physical Education and Sport and hold a bachelor's degree of journalism from the Institute of Journalism at Taras Shevchenko National University in Kiev, Ukraine.
Mrs. Kuyevda is fluent in 5 languages; English, Russian, Ukrainian, Italian and Spanish. She has strong communication skills and is extremely enthusiastic and motivating. Her training style is demanding, technical and disciplined yet nurturing and fun. Her teaching approach and professional instruction develop strong technical skills and inspire passion and love for Rhythmic Gymnastics. Alina has an impeccable reputation among coaches throughout Europe and is well respected in the rhythmic community for the quality and efficiency of her work.
