2020 Annual Halloween Party & Show
Dear Rhythmic Academy Parents,
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO HELP WITH OUR HAUNTED HOUSE AND GYM DECORATIONS. WE WILL BE DECORATING THE GYM LOBBY ON SUNDAY OCTOBER 24st FROM 10 AM TO 6 PM AND THE GYM ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON OCTOBER 30TH 4 TO 8 PM.
Please reply back to this email or send me a text to 818 571-9175 if you can help with the decorations.
THINGS WE NEED FOR THE PARTY!
We also need parents to bring your best potluck dinner dishes, drinks, treats and miscellaneous items for the feast (plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths and eating utensils). Last year we had over 500 people attend the event and are expecting a large turnout this year. Please drop off party items in the gym kitchen area at 5 PM, we will have a parent volunteer to assist you during drop off.
Below is a list of items we need from each level, if possible please bring healthy homemade dishes and snacks. PLEASE NOTE… THE FOOD IS FOR THE KIDS AFTER THE SHOW! We ask that you allow all the kids to eat before you serve yourself, the dining area will open only after the final performance and when we take team photos with all the athletes and coaches after show.
WHAT TO BRING?
- Level 3’s – Please bring Main Food Dishes
- Level 4’s – Please bring Fruit and Vegetable Salads
- Level 5’s - Please bring Main Food Dishes
- Level 6’s – Please bring Candy & Sweet Dishes
- Level 7’s – Please bring Table Clothes (10 red), Napkins, Plates, Cups & Plastic Utensils (WE NEED 600 OF EACH)
- Level 8’s – Please bring Ice & Drinks (Natural Drinks Only!)
- Level 9’s & 10’s - Please bring Main Food Dishes
- All recreational classes and guests - Please bring Main Food Dishes
Please come in your BEST Halloween costume with your friends and bring all the kids to enjoy this AMAZING fun event!
Please share this information with your school parents and friends to come and enjoy a great evening of Rhythmic Gymnastics Performances, Dancing, Halloween Costumes, Candy, Prizes, FOOD and Amazing Entertainment.
Parking issues.... we only have 35 parking spots allocated to our academy and most will be assigned to our coaches and parent volunteers. Parking will be very limited, please use UBER or LYFT for your commute.
Event Date & Time: Saturday October 31st @ 6 PM (Dace Party Starts at 8:00 PM)
Event Location: Rhythmic Academy of Los Angeles @ 8071 Sepulveda Blvd. Van Nuys, CA 91402 (We recommend using UBER or LYFT, the parking lot gets very full.)
